Mentoring

Our research project is committed to providing our PhD students with a comprehensive mentoring program to support their academic and professional growth. Each PhD student is assigned two mentors, both of whom are leading experts in their respective fields, and are from two different cooperation partners involved in the project. This provides our students with a unique opportunity to receive guidance and support from a diverse range of perspectives.

Our mentoring program is designed to help our PhD students develop the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully complete their research projects. Mentors work closely with their mentees to provide guidance on research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and professional development. They also offer advice on networking opportunities, career paths, and publication strategies.

Through regular meetings and open communication, our mentoring program ensures that our PhD students receive the support and encouragement they need to achieve their goals. This program is an integral part of our project and reflects our commitment to nurturing the next generation of leading researchers in our field.
